An orientation program, as well as continuous training, evaluations, supervision, and support when required, are given to all employees. In order for the agency to be satisfied that a job applicant is qualified to care for clients and/or is registered with the Independent Safeguarding Authority, all applicants must apply for enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.

Every care provider employed by the organization is either dedicated to obtaining this qualification or holds a Health & Social Care Qualification, such as The Care Certificate, NVQ/QCF L2 / L3. Care providers are paired with clients with the premise that they possess the necessary training, expertise, experience, and aptitude to adequately care for them.
